Simple Simon Solitaire
A relaxing open solitaire: every card is dealt face up, so build same-suit King-to-Ace runs and clear the table.
About Simple Simon Solitaire
Simple Simon Solitaire deals the entire deck face up into ten columns, so nothing is hidden and every move is yours to plan. Stack cards down in rank, gather each suit into one long run from King to Ace, and watch completed suits fly to the foundations. Easy to learn, surprisingly deep, and playable in portrait or landscape with undo and fullscreen.
How to play
Simple Simon uses one deck, and all 52 cards are dealt face up into ten columns: the first three columns hold eight cards, then the columns hold 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 card. Your goal is to clear the table by building all four suits into complete runs from King down to Ace.
You can place any card on a card one rank higher, regardless of suit: a 6 of clubs can go on a 7 of hearts. Only cards that form a descending run of the same suit can be moved together as a group. Any card or same-suit run may be moved into an empty column.
When you complete a full King-to-Ace run in one suit, it moves automatically to one of the four foundation slots. Clear all four suits to win.
Tip: try to build in suit whenever you can, because mixed-suit stacks can only be moved one card at a time. Empty columns are your most valuable resource — use them to untangle buried cards. Use Undo freely to explore different moves.
