About Scorpion Solitaire

Scorpion Solitaire deals one deck into seven columns with twelve cards hidden face-down. Build down in suit from King to Ace, move whole face-up stacks even when they are not in order, and flip the hidden cards to free them. Choose Classic Scorpion, the gentler Wasp, or the ten-column Three Blind Mice.

How to play

Scorpion Solitaire uses one deck dealt into seven columns of seven cards. The first three cards in columns one to four start face-down, so twelve cards are hidden. Your goal is to complete four same-suit runs from King down to Ace; each finished run clears to the foundations, and clearing all four wins the game.

In the columns you build down in the same suit: a 9 of spades goes on the 10 of spades. You can pick up any face-up card together with every card covering it, even if those cards are not in order, as long as the bottom card lands on the next higher card of its suit. When a face-down card is uncovered it turns over automatically.

Only a King, or a stack headed by a King, may fill an empty column. When no moves remain, tap the stock to deal its last three cards onto the first three columns.

Drag cards where you want them, or tap a card to send it to a matching spot. Undo is always available. In the settings you can switch to Wasp, where any card may fill an empty column, or to Three Blind Mice, a ten-column variant with two reserve cards.
